So let's start with a phone review. There are so many phones out there and everyone has their flavour that they like. The phone was released October 2009 and it's still one of the best phones you can get. The phone is using Windows Mobile 6.5 and it's got a 4.3" HD Touch LCD, 1 GHz processor, 5mp Camera with autofocus and dual LED flash, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, and GPS support. The only thing the phone really lacks is a secondary camera and the fact that Microsoft will not be releasing the new Windows Mobile 7 for the HTC HD2.
The phone is responsive and its huge touch screen makes it easy to navigate around. The phone also doesn't work with a stylus and using your finger is really the only way. The downside to this is the screen gets really dirty.
All the features of the phone are excellent except for the battery. I can't really complain because it lasts for around 1 - 3 days depending on the use of the phone. If you disable most of the features it should last you a while but the reason for buying the phone is for the features. Best advice is to buy a mobile charger just in case.
According to Microsoft the phone does not meet the minimum requirements but xda-developers are busy looking at a cooked rom for the HTC HD2.
With the release of the Iphone 4, Sony X10 and the all new HD3 the HD2 is still a phone to look at and well worth the bucks.
